Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
