Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (10-15 business days):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Cost: $12.95 USD
– Tracking included

Free Shipping (15-25 business days):
– Carrier: EMS
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas) may be subject to additional customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our swimwear and beachwear, but if something isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right. Our hassle-free return policy gives you 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Swimwear bottoms
  • Bikini bottoms
  • Kids’ rashguards

(Exceptions are made for defective or incorrect items)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request (see template below)
  2. Our beach-loving customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package your items securely with the original packing slip or order confirmation
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: Processed upon receipt of your return. New items ship according to your selected shipping method

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
  • Original international shipping costs cannot be refunded
  • Refunds are issued in USD and may take 10-14 business days to appear in your account
