At Active Swimwear Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beachwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your swimwear, clothing sets, or accessories, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms, bikini bottoms, and kids’ rashguards unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other swimwear and beachwear items are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
- Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your items securely, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship your return to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Will be processed once we receive your return. The new item will be shipped according to your selected shipping method
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the new items selected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take 10-14 business days to appear in your account
